ADDS MAARUFU MOHMED-GOLFNEWSLINKS, Malindi Golf & Country Club Founded in 1962, features an interesting 9-hole course with additional Greens and Tees that creates the feeling of a full 18-holes.
The course is built alongside the dunes and then winds its way around forest and wetlands.
The club has invested heavily in recent years in an irrigation project that sees all Greens and Tee boxes watered and this project will gradually extend to all Fairways.

The Club is a member of the Kenya Golf Union (K.G.U) and the Kenya Ladies Golf Union (K.L.G.U) and supports golf activities through its affiliations with these unions.
A distinctive course, built in the dunes beside the famous beaches of Malindi on Kenya’s northern coastline, offers a challenging and enjoyable round of golf.
The par 70 course that lies at sea level altitude was built in an 8-4-6 layout, a tradition at Malindi that has been maintained with Six par three and four challenging par fives make the course a good test of golf.
The finely contoured greens, a highlight of the course, are laid with Polana and regularly run at 10 feet on the ‘stimpmeter’.
