The fairways of Nyali Golf & Country Club in Mombasa County is set to bloom in Orange and Red this Saturday as the Club hosts the much-anticipated final leg of the 2026 Ladies Coast Open.
The dress code adds a splash of color to the day where players are urged to wear Orange & Red on the course, a bold statement against Nyali’s green fairways, while summer dresses are encouraged for the post-game prize giving and networking session.
The Nyali leg brings to an end, the five leg series of the tournament that started at Malindi Golf & Country Club on Monday, Vipingo Baobab Ridge course (Tuesday) both in Kilifi county before a rest day on Wednesday.
It resumed on Thursday at Diani’s Diamonds Leisure Golf Club in Kwale County and at Seafront Mombasa Golf Club on Friday) for the crucial and highly competitive Golfer of the Year (GOTY) rankings The curtain now falls on Saturday at Nyali Golf & Country Club also in Mombasa County to be played under the theme ‘PLAY-CONNECT-INSPIRE’, where an estimated over 140 lady golfers from the Coast region and across the Country are expected to tee off in what promises to be one of the biggest ladies’ golf gatherings on the Kenyan coast this year.

According to the program, the tournament will feature a full round of Golf with an entry fee of KSh. 1,000, and an optional ball pool at KSh. 200.
The par-71 layout course, known for its tight tree-lined fairways and fast greens that will test accuracy off the tee and putting under pressure, with coastal winds picking up in the afternoon is expected to play tough but rewarding.
Beyond Golf, the Clubhouse will host a prize-giving dinner where winners will be crowned and sponsors recognized.
Nyali Club’s Lady Captain Zaituni Mohamed has welcomed all and opened the venue for spectators to enjoy a memorable display of golf and sportsmanship.
In a media statement to the press yesterday, Zaituni expressed excitement and gratitude to participants , sponsors, guests as the Club prepares to host the Ladies.

She further noted that it is part of a bigger vision to make Golf more accessible to Women and girls in the region and that the Club is committed to mentorship.
