The National Sevens Circuit now shifts to the Dala Sevens, scheduled for the upcoming weekend on August 1st, to 2nd, at Jomo Kenyatta Stadium in Mamboleo, Kisumu, following the successful conclusion of the Prinsloo Sevens in Nakuru, which served as the opening leg of this year’s circuit.
The tournament has received a major boost with Tusker announcing a Ksh. 1.5 million sponsorships, reaffirming its commitment to the growth of Kenyan rugby and support for one of the country’s premier sporting competitions.
In addition to the cash sponsorship, Tusker will once again enhance the fan experience by hosting the tournament’s official after-parties on both days of the competition, continuing a tradition that has become a key feature of the National Sevens Circuit experience.

The Dala Sevens will be staged at the same venue where KCB Rugby sealed the overall National Sevens Circuit title last season, adding further significance to the Kisumu leg.
KCB Rugby also made the perfect start to their title defense, overcoming Kabras Sugar 19-12 in a thrilling Prinsloo Sevens final at Nakuru Athletics Club on Sunday to claim the opening leg of the 2026 National Sevens Circuit.
